Booking & price
Your online total is an estimate saved with your request. Service is scheduled only after we confirm the date, items, access, and final price. No payment is collected on this website yet.
Curbside access
Items must be outside at the curb or driveway, safely accessible, and match the request. We do not enter homes or move items through stairs, narrow halls, or unsafe areas.
Cancellations
Cancel at least 24 hours before the confirmed window at no charge. A confirmed pickup cancelled later may have a $25 late-cancellation fee.
Items we cannot take
No hazardous chemicals, fuel, wet paint, asbestos, biohazards, explosives, firearms, pressurized cylinders, loose liquids, or items requiring special lifting equipment or more than two people.
Privacy
We use booking details only to check coverage, prepare the pickup, contact you about service, and keep required business records. We do not sell personal information.
